If you are not satisfied with your merchandise within 15 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund or exchange the product(s). We will handle it for you at the first time.
If you want to return your order, please ensure that you have already read the following terms:
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
- All package, eva bags, display boxes and hang tags must be kept original.
- Without quality problem, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, please send us a notification to email@example.com after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number . Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 3-5 days.
Shipping Damage Claims
We can’t control the shipment. The item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. If the unfortunate really happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
